We stayed for one night after Easter with the family, the place is neat in everything from front desk to rooms, the staff welcoming and polite adn the star of the place, breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a great variety of food. Would stay again hands down.
This is my 2nd stay, this is a very nice hotel. The whole staff is friendly, very helpful, and everything is very clean and well maintained.
The elevator is sketchy. Our room was on the top floor so a lot of walking. Excellent breakfast options. The staff was friendly, especially Tina (housekeeper). A bit on the pricey side. Nice 5'6 pool
We have been here for 7 weeks for a commercial job. Angelique and her staff have been very cordial, attentive and doing their jobs well. Those qualities stem from management! Thank you for our stay and hopefully next time we are in Gloucester we know where to go!
My stay was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Very professional. My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked the way it should! The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the heart of the shopping district.i will definitely stay here again. Special mention is Veronica. She was absolutely easy to speak to- very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Hotel has been renovated in recent years, and has been updated and kept up. Rooms could be cleaner, but a marked improvement from before.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The location made it very convenient for getting to local events and attractions. My room was comfortable and quiet, with a good bed and plenty of hot water in the shower, which made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a big plus there were plenty of options and everything was well stocked and fresh, so it was easy to start the day without having to go out and find food. The free Wi‑Fi was reliable and made it simple to get a bit of work done and stream without issues. While no hotel is perfect, I felt this property offered good value for the price, and the positive attitude of the team really stood out. I would be happy to stay here again and would recommend Holiday Inn Express Gloucester to others looking for a comfortable, straightforward place to stay in the area.
